They combine high transmission efficiency, high precision, high rigidity, and high performance, and combine the advantages of servo motors, cam dividers, and direct drive motors.

Automated KK module

KK module, as a high-precision and high stiffness linear module, has a wide range of applications in various automation equipment and precision instruments. Its high precision, high stiffness, and high stability can meet the needs of various fields, providing strong support for improving the performance and quality of equipment.

It integrates ball screws and U-shaped guide rails for driving, providing precision linear motion and can also be paired with multifunctional accessories. It is very convenient to import multi-purpose application designs and can also meet the requirements of high-precision linear transmission.

The analysis of the deformation of the contact position between the steel ball and the load in various directions shows that this precision linear module has the characteristics of high precision and high rigidity. By optimizing the structural design using the finite element method, the optimal rigidity to weight ratio, good dust prevention and lubrication, easy maintenance, and the provision of machine recycling after scrapping can be achieved.

The use of 20CrMnTi carburizing quenching and gear grinding has the characteristics of small size, light weight, high load-bearing capacity, long service life, smooth operation, low noise, high output torque, high speed ratio, high efficiency, and safe performance.

It has the characteristics of power splitting and multi tooth meshing for exclusive use. It is a new type of gearbox with wide versatility. The maximum input power can reach 104 kW.
